(c) Payment Information: When you pay Finder’s Fees or Featured Subscription fees to TryMe, our third-party payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment card details. TryMe does not store full payment card information but may receive transaction details from Stripe.
(d) Communications: Information you provide when contacting us (e.g., via tryme.contactus@gmail.com), such as your name, email address, message content, or attachments.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

We and our Service Providers collect certain information automatically, including:

(a) Log and Usage Data: Server logs capture details such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and access dates/times.
(b) Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies and local storage to manage authentication, preferences, and site functionality, as detailed in Article 6.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information from Service Providers, such as transaction details from Stripe for payments made to TryMe or authentication data from Supabase.

User Content you submit, such as profile details, service listings, and reviews, may be publicly viewable by other Users to facilitate connections and transactions. You are solely responsible for the information you choose to share publicly.

5.2 Service Providers

We share Personal Information with Service Providers to support the Service, including:

(a) Supabase: For hosting, authentication, and data storage. Supabase processes and stores account information and User Content on our behalf.
(b) Stripe: For processing payments of Finder’s Fees and Featured Subscriptions. Stripe collects and processes payment card information directly, subject to its privacy policy.

5.3 Legal Compliance

We may disclose Personal Information if required by law or in good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary to:

(a) Comply with legal obligations, such as court orders or subpoenas.
(b) Protect the rights, property, or safety of Gamma Blue LLC (the owner of TryMe), or that of our Users or the public.

5.4 Business Transfers

7.1 Storage

Personal Information is primarily stored on secure servers provided by Supabase, located in the United States.

7.2 Security Measures

We and our Service Providers implement industry-standard security measures to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. TryMe cannot guarantee absolute security, and you acknowledge this risk.

7.3 User Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any consequences arising from unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your account.

Article 8: Your Rights and Choices

8.1 Access and Update

You may access and update your account and profile information directly through your TryMe account settings.

8.2 Data Deletion

We will process such requests in accordance with applicable law, subject to retention for legal, record-keeping, or transactional purposes.

8.3 CCPA Rights (California Residents)
